We are looking for a Brand Manager for the Tur business area who wants to work with one of Sweden's strongest brand portfolios. This is a role for you who is driven by developing creative campaigns and turning business strategy into communication that people feel, talk about, and remember.
What will you do?
As a Brand Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the brands you work with attract new customers and strengthen the relationship with existing players. You develop communication in line with our brand platforms to ensure that the brand develops towards its strategic target image. You analyze sales, campaigns, customer behavior, and the brand's development – and you are always on the lookout for improvements.
You are part of modernizing our marketing. As one of Sweden's largest advertisers, we are present in almost all channels, but we have an extra focus on increasing our ability to build our brands in digital and social channels. For about a year now, we have also been present on TikTok with some brands, which places new demands on our communication, our brand assets, etc.
You will become part of a team where collaboration is a natural part of everyday life. Together with colleagues within Tur, you share the responsibility for developing the business and creating growth for your brands. Here, we help each other move forward, challenge ideas, and celebrate common successes.
Are you the one who will do it?
You have several years of experience building strong consumer brands that are visible and make a difference. You have led launches, campaigns, and omnichannel experiences in larger, complex organizations. You are accustomed to working based on a brand strategy and developing communication concepts. If you have successfully helped build brands' presence on social media, we see it as an extra plus.
Naturally, you ensure that all communication follows the Marketing Act, the Gambling Act, SPER guidelines, and our own principles for responsible marketing and gaming responsibility.
An academic education in marketing, communication, or media is likely part of your background. You keep up with the latest research in marketing and how AI affects our field, and you always want to develop your knowledge. But most importantly: you are passionate about creating communication that engages, builds brands, and drives business.
