H I Juristbyrå specializes in commercial law, family law, franchise, and immigration law. We are now looking for an experienced paralegal or legal assistant who wants to become an important part of our operations and work closely with the firm's lawyers in their daily work.

We are looking for someone with paralegal education or equivalent experience, or alternatively, studies in basic law. It is particularly important that you have good administrative skills, work in a structured manner, and have a genuine interest in law and case management.

About the role

The role involves both qualified administrative work and more preparatory legal support for the firm's lawyers. In addition to routine administrative tasks, you will also work with initial review of legal cases before they are processed further by a lawyer, gather documentation, and assist in drafting documents.

Responsibilities

As a paralegal / legal assistant with us, you will among other things work with:

• answering calls and maintaining ongoing contact with clients,
• managing email and assisting with the firm's social media,
• document management and information structuring,
• scheduling client meetings and coordinating calendar flows,
• assisting lawyers in their daily work,
• conducting an initial review of legal cases prior to further processing,
• gathering relevant documentation from clients and other parties,
• and assisting in the preparation of legal documents and other documentation.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can maintain a high service level even when the workload is heavy. You are meticulous, responsible, and have the ability to work independently with good structure.

It is a clear advantage if you have previously worked in an assistant role at a law firm or in other legal operations. For this position, it is required that you master both Swedish and English well, both in speech and writing.
