About the Role
In this role, you will be the customer's face and thus play a very important part in creating a positive atmosphere and a good experience at the workplace. With your strong sense of service, you contribute to making our customer's workday hassle-free and delivering world-class service! In this role, you will work with both administrative tasks and practical tasks in the office. We place great importance on your personal and non-hierarchical engagement, as well as your ability to notice and resolve emerging situations. For this role, it is important that you master both Swedish and English and have good teamwork skills. The duties include, among other things:
- Receiving visitors
- Mail and goods handling, processing incoming and outgoing packages, and ordering office supplies
- Administration, error reporting, and case management
- Daily supervision of meeting rooms, conference equipment, printers, and other office equipment
- Supervision of coffee machines
- Dishwashing and dishwasher operation
- Handling access cards and permissions
- Preparing and handling catering
- Assisting with internal and external conferences
The assignment is carried out within the framework of an integrated service solution where, in addition to your areas of responsibility, you are expected to assist with other areas within operational services. We are looking for you who are non-hierarchical and appreciate varied work.
The position is a hourly-paid full-time employment during the period 10/8–30/9 and thereafter on an as-needed basis, approx. 10–20 hours/week.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for you who are service-oriented, sensitive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. You have good communication skills and communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. You have a high school education as well as good IT skills and system familiarity.
