About the position

This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting approximately 2.5 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client company.

About the company

The company is a Swedish firm operating within waste management and logistics for construction-related projects. They offer solutions for the collection, sorting, and handling of various types of waste, as well as associated documentation related to environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will handle administrative tasks related to reporting and customer cases. Initially, the focus will be on managing recurring reporting, where you will handle the process independently after training.

In addition, you may support the handling of incoming cases via phone and email. The work involves summarizing and documenting cases, registering orders, and ensuring that feedback is provided in a correct and structured manner.

Examples of tasks:

• Manage recurring reporting to authorities
• Receive and handle incoming calls
• Summarize and document cases and orders
• Ensure feedback to customers via email
• Work in and adapt to new systems and routines

Education, experience, and personal qualities

Requirements:

• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to work on-site

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in administrative work
• Experience working with phones and customer contact
