ISS is now looking for an experienced and business-driven Senior HR Business Partner who wants to take overall responsibility for the People & Culture work within one of our business areas. This role suits you if you have extensive experience in qualified HR work, are confident in dialogues with management teams, and have the ability to translate business strategy into concrete HR initiatives.

About the role

As an HR Business Partner, you are responsible for driving and developing the People & Culture agenda within one of ISS's business areas. You are a strategic partner to the business area's management and work both operationally and strategically to ensure that the business has the right leadership, organization, competence, and culture to achieve its goals.

You are part of the business area's management team and work closely with the operations, our customers, and other functions within People & Culture.

The business area operates within the industrial segment and delivers services including property services and property technology. In this role, you work closely with an operation that has many unionized employees, complex operational environments, and customers with high demands for quality, safety, and delivery. This requires business-oriented HR support and a good understanding of operations where people, processes, and delivery are crucial for success.

The position is a permanent employment located at ISS headquarters in Marievik, Liljeholmen.

Your main responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to the business area's management team and leaders.
• Drive and follow up on the People & Culture agenda in line with the business's goals and ISS strategy.
• Coach and develop managers at all levels of the organization.
• Lead change and organizational development initiatives.
• Ensure efficient handling of labor law issues, union relations, and negotiations.
• Drive work within talent management, succession planning, competence supply, and leadership development.
• Contribute to the development of HR processes and ways of working at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
• Analyze HR data and identify areas for improvement for the business.
• Initiate and drive HR-related projects and change initiatives.
• Integrate the HR perspective into the business area's strategy and business development.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are an experienced HR Business Partner with high integrity, strong business acumen, and a documented ability to create results through leaders and organizations.

You are used to working independently in complex organizations and feel confident challenging, supporting, and influencing managers and management teams. You combine a strategic perspective with a pragmatic approach and have an easy time building trusting relationships.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• An academic degree in HR, personnel science, behavioral science, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a corresponding senior HR role.
• Documented experience supporting management teams and senior managers.
• Good knowledge of labor law as well as experience with union relations and negotiations.
• Experience driving organizational changes and change management.
• Experience supporting operations with unionized employees is meritorious.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience from property services, property technology, facility management, industry, or other personnel-intensive operational activities is highly meritorious.
