About the role
As an accounting assistant, you will support the accounting team with various economic and administrative tasks. The team currently consists of 8 people (both senior and junior colleagues) who work together in a flat hierarchy and in a cross-functional manner. More advanced tasks are handled by the seniors in the team, which means you will have secure support while learning the basics of working in a large corporation.
The position is part-time, covering approximately 1 day per week (approx. 20–25%), with a slightly higher workload at the beginning of each month in connection with the monthly closing.

Responsibilities
The role involves being a pillar of support for the finance function by handling daily transactions and preparing materials for important financial deadlines.
- Perform account reconciliations and ongoing bookkeeping of vouchers.
- Handle ongoing financial administration.
- Assist and support the team in the monthly closing process.
- Work in the business system Unit4 ERP and manage data and lists in Excel.
We are looking for you who
- Are currently studying economics or accounting.
- Have good knowledge of Excel.
- Have basic knowledge of bookkeeping.
- Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
Merits
