Description

We are looking for you who want to contribute to the development of the Work and Support Sector in Ljusdal and who want to work together with us to make a difference for children, their parents, and other adults in Ljusdal Municipality.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a structured and independent administrator with a focus on providing administrative support to unit managers. As an administrator, you will be part of a work group tasked with assisting management and social secretaries with administrative support.

As an administrator, you will contribute to creating structure, efficiency, and continuity in the work by coordinating administrative processes, ensuring good communication, and providing support in daily operations.

As an administrator, you are expected to contribute to higher efficiency in the Work and Support Sector through service, structure, and order. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the relevant unit managers. As an employee here, you are part of a dynamic organization where tasks may change in consultation with your manager.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and has an independent work style, driving processes and development forward. You work in a structured manner and are good at planning, prioritizing, and keeping order even at a high pace. Furthermore, you collaborate well with others and appreciate sharing and receiving new perspectives, insights, and suggestions for improvement. You adapt well to changes and are flexible and positive in the face of changed circumstances and directives.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • An academic degree or university diploma of at least 180 higher education credits in personnel, administration, economics, or political science, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
  • Experience using IT as a support tool in daily work.
  • Experience in qualified administrative work and/or working in an administrative service function with many contacts with both managers and employees.
  • Experience working within municipal operations and having worked with case management systems and municipal decision-making processes.
  • Good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.

A valid Category B driver's license is required for this role.

Other Information

Selection and interviews may take place during the application period. Possibility of remote work. The Labor Market and Social Committee has decided to implement a 7-hour workday with maintained salary within IFO to increase overnight rest and reduce stress. We also offer a wellness allowance of 3000 SEK/year, the option to exchange holiday allowance for extra days off, and external supervision as a natural part of our work environment efforts. Probationary employment may apply.
