We are looking for you who see opportunities where nothing has been built yet. An established company within land and property-related services is undergoing a clear transition where the focus is shifting from public procurement to private customers. For the Gävle/Uppsala region, this means you get a blank slate and a clear mission: build the business.

About the role This position is a direct hire, meaning the recruitment process is handled through Bravura and you will be employed directly by the company.

About the company The company works with external property maintenance for both public and private properties. The assignments mainly concern green area maintenance, but also include winter maintenance and other services related to the outdoor environment and property operations. The operations in the region are under development, with a small team and a clear forward focus. The culture is characterized by freedom under responsibility and an expectation that each person drives their work independently.

Responsibilities In this role, you are responsible for building the commercial business in the Gävle and Uppsala regions. You work without an existing customer portfolio and drive the entire process – from identifying the right customers to the business being concluded and functioning in practice. This means you not only close deals, but also ensure they are correctly calculated, deliverable, and sustainable over time. You follow up on the business even after signing and ensure that the relationship, quality, and profitability are aligned.

You will:

  • Identify and process new customers within property companies, housing associations (BRF), and private actors.
  • Build long-term relationships and drive businesses from first contact to agreement.
  • Prepare calculations and offers, with responsibility for ensuring the business is profitable.
  • Follow up on businesses, economics, and customer satisfaction over time.
  • Coordinate the delivery together with foremen once the business is closed.

The role is intentionally broad from the start. As the business in the region grows, you are expected to take greater responsibility for the whole – including production, follow-up, and eventually a more pronounced unit or leadership role.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Experience in relationship-based sales and having closed deals yourself outside of procurement.
  • Experience in driving businesses with recurring contracts.
  • Ability to calculate assignments and understand business economics.
  • Very good Swedish in speech and writing.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits:

  • Experience from property management, green area maintenance, facility management, construction, or similar industries.
  • Experience in building a business or operation from scratch.

You have a strong internal drive, but also an analytical side that helps you understand what actually makes a business good – not just that it happens. You take responsibility for the whole picture, from the first contact to how the business functions months later.
