Do you want to work broadly within HR and make a real difference? Enerco is looking for a structured and driven HR Generalist who wants to develop HR processes and provide qualified support to managers and employees. The role is operational and varied, focusing on recruitment, labor law, work environment, and HR administration – all to create a positive employee experience.

Enerco serves the Swedish industry with top-class technical and maintenance services. The group was formed in 2015 and has around 1,000 employees and offices in over 27 locations in Sweden. Our headquarters are located in Hofors.
People and Operations in Focus
Within Enerco Industrirengöring, where this position is located, we in HR support a business area with approximately 20 managers and around 500 employees. Our mission is to be a close support to the operations regarding leadership, competence supply, work environment, change management, and employee development.

Recruitment and Onboarding
- Administer and coordinate recruitment processes.
- Post job ads, handle selections, and support managers in recruitment.
- Be responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with schools, participate in fairs, and establish contacts with vocational adult education (Yrkesvux) to contribute to future competence supply.
HR Administration
- Draw up employment contracts and personnel-related documents.
- Administer personnel registers and HR systems.
- Ensure correct documentation according to law and internal guidelines.
- Be responsible for reporting to SCB, Svenskt Näringsliv, and regarding recruitment needs.
Employee Support
- Provide support to managers in simpler personnel matters.
- Handle our rehabilitation cases and support managers in care conversations and simpler rehabilitation matters.
- Answer questions regarding policy, routines, and labor law.
- Support the work with employee surveys.
- Participate in development projects within HR.
- Contribute to developing and improving internal HR processes.
Qualifications and Merits
- The position involves travel and work at various operational sites based in Gävleborg.
- Post-secondary education in HR, personnel science, behavioral science, or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of labor law and a desire to develop further in the area.
- Experience in administrative work is an advantage.
- Good system proficiency; experience with SD Worx is a plus.
- Very good Swedish in speech and writing.

You work in a structured and meticulous way, are solution-oriented, and take responsibility for your work independently. I believe in the value of being close to the operations. Therefore, traveling between our different locations is a natural part of the job and a crucial prerequisite for building good relationships and providing relevant support to our managers and employees.
