About the role

We want to be the obvious choice for our customers and place great emphasis on delivering top-class customer service. In support, we work both with helping customers with their questions and with developing our self-service capabilities, so that more people can find answers on their own. The goal is to reduce the number of support cases while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibility is to support users of our programs for financial reporting, tax, and customer due diligence (compliance). Support is provided via phone, chat, and forum. You help customers with both practical questions in the systems and simpler questions about the theory behind financial reporting and tax. Therefore, it is important that you have knowledge in these areas.

You will become part of a team where we value collaboration highly. We support each other in daily life and strive for an open climate where everyone feels safe to be themselves.

Our phone support is open between 09:30–12:00 and 13:00–16:00, and during these hours the focus is on helping customers via phone. During other times, you work, among other things, with our written support.

Location: Hudiksvall, Näsviken, or Ljusdal.

Since the role involves a lot of customer contact, you are service-oriented and motivated by helping others. You have the ability to handle periods of high tempo and maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach.

You thrive in a business that develops and changes, and have a flexible way of working. You take responsibility for your tasks, work independently, and do not hesitate to ask for help when needed. You do not need to be a tech expert, but you feel comfortable working in digital tools and systems.

For the role, it is important that you have knowledge or experience within finance and accounting, either through work or education. You express yourself effortlessly in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. If you have experience from an accounting firm, it is a big plus, and if you have worked with financial reporting and declarations, it is particularly meritorious.
