Do you want to work in a varied administrative role where collaboration, service, and flexibility are a natural part of everyday life? We are now looking for an Administrator for the Property Operations department for a six-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.

Property Operations is part of the Technical Administration and is responsible for the municipality's premises, such as schools, special housing, sports halls, and offices.

You will be part of an administrative team of four employees within Property Services, located at Håstaäng in Hudiksvall. Here you have access to a free gym and proximity to pleasant walking trails. You will be offered a varied role where you will work both independently and together with colleagues.

We would prefer that you can start the position as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities

As an Administrator with us, you will primarily handle supplier invoices and internal billing documents. The role also includes other administrative tasks. You will mainly work in Raindance and Hypergene, as well as in other business systems.

Since the work group is small, you are expected to be flexible and able to support your colleagues when needed. During your introduction, you will have an assigned supervisor to support you.

Your Profile

You are a structured, meticulous, and service-oriented person with good ability to plan and prioritize your work. You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and collaborate well with others. The role requires you to be flexible and comfortable handling varied tasks.

We are looking for someone who has:

• at least a three-year upper secondary education with a focus on economics
• at least two years of experience in similar tasks
• at least two years of experience with administrative systems
• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• valid driver's license (Category B)

Previous experience from property-related operations is meritorious, as is knowledge or experience in areas such as rent administration, housing adaptation, and finance. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We sweep streets, plow roads, and build new infrastructure as Hudiksvall's urban areas grow.
