Job Description

We are looking for you who are about to start the Personal and Working Life Programme (PA) in autumn 2026 and want to kickstart your career by combining studies with a relevant part-time job. In the role of HR Administrator, you will serve as a central support function, supporting both employees and managers with daily HR matters. The work is administrative, service-oriented, and requires a high degree of accuracy. The assignment is planned to start in September and will run throughout your study period, with good opportunities for summer jobs between semesters and extension after completing your studies.

Responsibilities
- Answer questions regarding HR processes, agreements, leave, and benefits.
- Administer and update data in the company's HR system.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations through process development and updating of instructions.
Qualifications
- You are admitted to the Personal and Working Life Programme (PA) with studies starting in autumn 2026.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Good digital skills and knowledge of Office 365.
- As a person, you are curious, like to take new initiatives, and are structured.
Meritorious: Previous experience in administrative work, customer service, or reception.
