About the Company

Movexum is the business incubator for Gävleborg and one of Sweden's leading incubators. Our mission is to create growth in the region by helping entrepreneurs commercialize their innovative ideas. Since our founding in 2008, approximately 500 companies have gone through our business development programs. At Movexum, we work according to the LEAN startup method, and our team currently consists of 21 people who are all passionate about supporting innovations on the journey from idea to international markets.

Your Responsibilities

At Movexum, we work with people who want to commercialize their innovations and build successful companies. We are now looking for a business coach who wants to be a key player in our team and coach entrepreneurs and startups through tailored business development. You will become part of an engaged team of colleagues with diverse skills, collaborating closely to create value for our customers and clients. You will work with direct coaching of the companies in our programs, as well as educational initiatives, projects, and administration. Your Profile

We believe you are an empathetic, humble, and curious person with a genuine commitment to helping both people and startups grow. You have a business drive and the ability to meet entrepreneurs where they are in their journey, regardless of the stage. Our working method is based on a coaching mindset, and we would like you to be comfortable in the role of a sounding board – sometimes supportive, sometimes challenging – to ensure that both the entrepreneur and the company take the fastest path to paying customers and a functioning, scalable business model. Experience working as a business coach for startups in an incubator or science park is advantageous. We are looking for you who have a personal leadership style characterized by courage and security. Experience in building or leading companies, especially startups, is required. The position requires a B driver's license as well as good verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English. In addition, we appreciate people who are good at networking, take initiative, and see shared success as double success. We value that you are independent and adaptable.
