We are now looking for a Process Manager for Bromangymnasiet, our fine upper secondary school which serves as a natural hub for approximately 1,350 students and 180 employees. At Bromangymnasiet, we offer 14 national programs, IM (Individualized Program), and an adapted upper secondary school. Within the school facilities, you will also find functions such as study and career guidance, administration, reception, and student health services. The gymnasium is part of the same operational area as municipal adult education, Lärvux, University College, and learning centers, allowing us to collaborate efficiently and share resources.

Your office is located in the heart of the school, surrounded by school leaders, the administrative unit manager, and school administrators. Here, you will have the opportunity to work together with a dedicated school leadership group and teachers who exude security and care for our students – something we believe is a strong contributing factor to why we are a school with stable results over the years.

Responsibilities

As a Process Manager, you will support the school leadership in systematic quality work and be responsible for leading, coordinating, and following up on development processes within the operations.

Your tasks will include leading and coordinating the school's development and improvement work. You will drive and develop systematic quality work, analyze results, identify areas for development, and coordinate documentation, follow-up, and evaluation.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a university degree in pedagogy, school leadership, or another relevant field. You have experience in school development and quality work. You have good knowledge of regulatory documents and the mission of the upper secondary school. You have good analytical skills and can translate data into development initiatives. You are also a skilled communicator and have an easy time creating participation and engagement.

About the Department

We teach children to read, calculate, and discover the world. Here, we follow our youngest municipal residents from preschool until they graduate from upper secondary school. Through our adult education, one can learn Swedish as a second language, take individual courses, or pursue longer education. With joy, commitment, participation, and a scientific foundation, we want to increase knowledge, creativity, development, and the desire to learn.
