About the workplace
The Centre for Development and Learning (Cul) offers a wide range of courses in Swedish for Immigrants, basic and upper secondary adult education, vocational adult education (Yrkesvux), apprenticeships, and adapted adult education (Komvux). Cul also offers university college programs, opportunities to study certain university courses on-site, and study and career guidance.
At our facility, municipal residents can raise their educational level to increase opportunities for employment or further studies. We assist businesses and the public sector with competence supply. Cul has a close and beneficial collaboration with external actors such as Employment and Social Services, Universities/Colleges, the Swedish Public Employment Service, and the Region.
Job Responsibilities
As an administrator at the reception, you are a central contact point for students, visitors, and partners of the adult education program. You are responsible for creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly.

We teach children to read, calculate, and discover the world around them. Here, we follow our youngest municipal residents from preschool until they graduate from upper secondary school. Through our adult education, one can learn Swedish as a second language, take individual courses, or pursue longer education. With joy, engagement, participation, and a scientific foundation, we want to increase knowledge, creativity, development, and the desire to learn. At our workplace, all children, young people, and adults should feel that they can, want, and dare! Together, we are the Learning Department – part of Hudiksvall Municipality.
