About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the business operations, supporting managers with both operational and strategic HR matters. You will become part of an HR team with broad responsibilities, acting as a partner to several managers within the organization. Your tasks will range from labor law and personnel issues to recruitment and the development of HR processes. The role also involves active participation in change management, with a focus on developing structures and working methods within HR.

The organization is undergoing change, and over the coming year, there will be a clear focus on further developing system support, structure, and working methods within the HR area.

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident in their role as an HR Business Partner and thrives in a broad, operationally close role. You are used to working independently and taking responsibility, while also having the ability to build trust within the organization. You are proactive, drive your work forward, and have a solution-oriented approach. You thrive in a changing environment where you can influence and contribute to development. You have experience supporting multiple managers simultaneously and are comfortable handling both operational and more strategic issues.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in HR, including previous experience as an HR Business Partner
• Experience in recruitment and broad HR work
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Experience working in organizations with collective agreements
• Experience handling personnel matters and negotiations
• Experience supporting multiple managers within an organization
• Good system proficiency in HR and payroll
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with compensation & benefits and salary structures
• Experience from an international environment
• Experience working in changing organizations

This is a direct recruitment for Cibes Lift Group, conducted in collaboration with Lernia. The role is based in Gävle, and the work is primarily on-site, with some flexibility in working hours.
