In the role of HR Administrator, you serve as a central support function, supporting both employees and managers with daily HR matters. The work is administrative, service-oriented, and requires a high degree of accuracy. The assignment is planned to start in September and will run throughout your study period, with good opportunities for summer jobs between semesters and extension after completing your studies.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions regarding HR processes, agreements, leave, and benefits.
• Administer and update data in the company's HR system.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations through process development and updating of instructions.

Qualifications

• You are admitted to the Personal and Working Life Program (PA) with studies starting in autumn 2026.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good digital skills and proficiency in Office 365.
• As a person, you are curious, like taking new initiatives, and are structured.

Meritorious: Previous experience in administrative work, customer service, or reception.
