As a Network Case Handler, you are a vital link in protecting critical infrastructure and ensuring that excavation work can be carried out safely and efficiently. You work at the heart of the process where correct information, careful case handling, and good service are crucial – for both contractors and private individuals.
We are currently looking for two Network Case Handlers in Gävle!
About the role
As a Network Case Handler, you are responsible for processing cases related to utility guidance for contractors and private individuals. You ensure that the right information reaches the right recipient at the right time to protect our customers' buried infrastructure. The role involves independent work where you make decisions based on established guidelines, while being part of a team with shared responsibility for delivery and quality.
Your mission – how you make a difference
- Process cases and convey utility guidance to contractors and private individuals.
- Investigate and make decisions according to current procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure that cases are handled within set timeframes and with high quality.
- Answer incoming calls and contact customers when additional information is needed.
- Register and administer cases via phone, email, and systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an efficient workflow and good delivery.

Who are you?
You are structured and meticulous with strong analytical skills. You thrive in a role where you independently drive your work forward while contributing to the team's common goals. With a service-oriented and communicative approach, you build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. You pick up new routines easily and work efficiently within clear frameworks. Since the work is characterized by deadlines, you are goal-oriented, flexible, and have high stress tolerance.
Qualifications
- Upper secondary education.
- Experience in administrative work, preferably within case handling or investigation.
- Good computer literacy and experience working in multiple systems simultaneously.
- Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish (English is an advantage).
- Ability to work structuredly and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
Advantageous:
- Experience from support or customer service.
- Experience from the industry, e.g., utility guidance, contracting, or similar operations.
- Experience working with time-controlled processes and deadlines.
Location: Gävle
Security Requirements
Since Geomatikks customers conduct security-protected operations, you as an applicant must undergo a security clearance. This consists of a register check and a special interview, conducted in connection with or after your employment interview. You must give your consent for us to carry out the check. Employment can only take place after a completed and approved security clearance.
