Partner Manager – Geodata & Market Relations

The Swedish Mapping, Cadastre and Land Registration Authority (Lantmäteriet) is the agency responsible for mapping Sweden. Our tasks also include registering and securing ownership of all real estate properties as well as managing their boundaries. We are now looking for you who have a strong commitment to society.

In order for houses, bridges, and roads to be built, knowledge of Sweden's geography and real estate is required. By mapping reality and providing current information about the country's topography and infrastructure, you contribute to the foundation of a sustainable and functioning society.

1 position(s).

RESPONSIBILITIES

The function of Market Relations and Collaboration provides private market actors with support and assistance in using Lantmäteriet's geodata (basic geographic information and real estate information). We currently have over 130 value-added resellers and partners who use Lantmäteriet's geodata products to create customer-specific solutions.

As a Partner Manager, you are the contact person for value-added resellers regarding questions related to the provision of Lantmäteriet's geodata. As a Partner Manager, you have good knowledge of Lantmäteriet's products and offerings. You also have good knowledge of the value-added resellers' products and insight into their customers.

You are part of a team with other Partner Managers and Business Developers. Your work involves having various types of customer dialogues and handling a wide range of questions, from creating understanding of customers' businesses, providing support on Lantmäteriet's geodata products, terms, and fee models, to administering and supporting permissions, orders, deliveries, and invoicing. You draw up contracts and ensure that contracts are complied with, are responsible for following up and analyzing revenues, and make decisions in legal matters (FRL and GDPR assessments). If necessary, you also conduct training to ensure that value-added resellers have competence regarding our products, terms, and fee models. Together with your colleagues, you also contribute to continuous improvements of working methods and routines.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a university education in the field of geodata or another area relevant to the position, or alternatively, work experience that we assess as equivalent. The position also requires that you have good communication skills and are accustomed to conducting customer dialogues. You can express yourself very well in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

You find it easy to work with and learn new systems. We would like you to be interested in technology, have experience of technical solutions such as APIs, and have a good understanding of information structure and data management.

It is meritorious if you have experience of how geodata is used in society. It is also meritorious if you have experience of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), knowledge of real estate information, and other geographic information.

It is also an advantage if you have insight into or understanding of register legislation, copyright, and other legal issues.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for you who take initiative in social contexts, step forward, and find it easy to create new relationships, but also have the courage to speak up and the ability to distinguish between facts and persons. You are receptive and have a good ability to analyze and understand customers' needs. You are responsible and structured in your approach to work and solve tasks both independently and together with your colleagues. You have good cooperation skills.

To thrive in the role of Partner Manager, you need to be flexible and enjoy handling a wide range of questions, and not be unfamiliar with the fact that the work involves a fair amount of administrative tasks.
