Your Responsibilities
In this role, you work as the company's sales support, handling daily customer contacts, both national and international. You support outside sales by preparing quotations, product information, and delivery details, as well as administering and updating customer registers. In the job, you also have daily contact with the company's various units and participate in planning meetings. No day is like the other, and you must have the ability to handle and prioritize tasks and customers that require quick responses. In collaboration with other departments, you will become a key cog in optimizing the customer experience and the sales process.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who are an open person and who find it easy to collaborate and meet other people. As a person, you are meticulous, have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and have a strong service orientation. For you, it is a matter of course to take great responsibility for your tasks and to deliver high quality on time with willingness and knowledge. You have previous experience in sales and customer service within B2B. You are a good communicator and have a talent for communicating fluently in both speech and writing in both Swedish and English. You have good knowledge of business systems and CRM tools. Great value will be placed on personal traits to achieve optimal collaboration both within the work group and in other internal and external contacts.
