Vansbrosimningen, which is part of En Svensk Klassiker (A Swedish Classic), is now looking for a Key Account Manager for commercial partnerships. This is more than just a job. Vansbrosimningen is not just a sports classic with 76 years of history as an organizer – it is a unifying force for people, stakeholders, and engagement around open water. At the same time, the event is a driver for local development, tourism, and pride in Vansbro and Dalarna. We are looking for a senior, relationship- and business-driven Key Account Manager who wants to take a key role in our commercial work. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and maximizing the value of partnerships – with companies and organizations that wish to contribute to both business benefits and societal value. In this role, you will, among other things:

• Be responsible for relationships and business development with selected strategic partners. The work is carried out in close collaboration with En Svensk Klassiker's partnership work.
• Sell new partnerships and develop existing ones.
• Identify new business opportunities where commercial goals meet sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
• Serve as a clear ambassador for Vansbrosimningen's values in external contexts.

We believe you:

• Have documented experience in value-driven B2B sales or Key Account Management at a senior level.
• Have a strong understanding of how partnerships can create value within sustainability, public health, societal development, and brand building.
• Are a strategic and trustworthy relationship builder who can unite business and purpose.
• Preferably have experience from sports, social projects, or sponsorship.
• Are driven by creating collaborations that contribute to something greater than just exposure.

You will become part of an engaged team with strong local roots and a clear ambition to contribute to a more swimming-capable and safe Sweden. Vansbrosimningen is Sweden's largest open water event and a classic folk festival in Vansbro, Dalarna, featuring swimming in the Vanån and Västerdalälven rivers. The event started in 1950 and today gathers over 10,000 participants annually over distances from 25 meters to 10,000 meters, for children, amateurs, and elites. The main race, Vansbrosimningen, is 3,000 meters long – 2,000 meters downstream in Vanån and 1,000 meters upstream in Västerdalälven – and is part of En Svensk Klassiker. The activity is arranged by Vansbro AIK Simklubb, a non-profit association where the surplus goes back to club life in Vansbro Municipality.
