Employment type: Permanent.
Duration: Permanent, Start date: Start date by agreement.
Your Profile
For us, personal qualities are very important. We are a small unit where collaboration, trust, and lack of hierarchy are crucial for our success. We are therefore looking for you who are service-oriented, have an easy time building trusting relationships, and thrive on collaborating with people with different perspectives and competencies. You are receptive, professional in your approach, and contribute to a positive work climate.
You work independently, take responsibility for your assignments, and drive your processes forward in a structured manner. At the same time, you have the ability to look up, see the big picture, and understand how procurement contributes to the long-term development of operations and the municipality.
We also believe that you have good economic awareness and a business-like approach. You see the value of using the municipality's resources in the best way and can weigh quality, cost, efficiency, and sustainability against each other.
As a person, you are secure, stable, and professional. You have good self-insight, act in a way adapted to the situation, and handle challenges in a constructive manner.
We believe that long-term success in the role is built just as much on collaboration skills, engagement, and personal maturity as on previous experience of procurement.
