About the role As a Customer Assistant, you will become a vital part of the customer service function, working closely with both tenants and housing applicants. The role involves daily contact with customers via the reception desk, phone, email, and chat. You are responsible for providing professional service, handling incoming inquiries, and ensuring that customers receive clear information and a warm welcome.

You will work in a team focused on accessibility, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Start date: September 14th or as agreed

Working hours: Weekdays according to schedule, 07:00–15:30 or 07:30–16:00. The work is on-site; remote work is not an option.

Responsibilities: In this role, you will among other things:

  • Answer questions regarding rentals and housing applications
  • Receive and handle inquiries from tenants, housing applicants, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide status updates on ongoing cases
  • Receive and register fault reports
  • Handle keys and access cards/tags
  • Process payment matters, such as rent payments and orders for maintenance and extras.
  • Draft agreements for parking spaces and storage units
  • Handle terminations of housing, parking spaces, and storage units
  • Be responsible for certain mail handling

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a high school diploma
  • Has experience in service work and customer contact
  • Has worked in areas such as customer service, retail, reception, or other customer-focused operations
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
  • Has good knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing
