About the role

We want to be the obvious choice for our customers and place great emphasis on delivering top-class customer service. In support, we work both with helping customers with their questions and with developing our self-service opportunities, so that more people can find answers themselves. The goal is to reduce the number of support cases while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Your main task will be to support users of our payroll programs Lundify Payroll and BL Lön. Support is provided via phone, chat, and forum. You will help customers with both practical questions in the systems and simpler questions about payroll management. Therefore, it is important that you have knowledge within payroll.

You will be part of a team where we place great emphasis on collaboration. We help and support each other and want an open climate where everyone can be themselves.

Our telephone support is open between 09:30–12:00 and 13:00–16:00. During this time, the focus is on helping customers via phone. During other times, you work with our written support, among other things.

Location: Hudiksvall, Näsviken, or Ljusdal.

Who are we looking for?

Collaboration is important to us, so you thrive working in a team and have good collaboration skills. You are detail-oriented and want to deliver high quality in your work. At the same time, you are good at communicating and have a pedagogical way of explaining, which allows you to easily help customers in a clear and secure manner. Since the role involves a lot of customer contact, you are service-oriented and enjoy helping others.

You thrive in a business that develops and changes and have a flexible approach. You take responsibility for your tasks, work independently, and do not hesitate to ask for help when needed. You do not need to be a technician, but you feel comfortable working with digital tools and systems.

For this role, it is important that you have knowledge or experience within payroll administration, either through work or education. You express yourself comfortably in both Swedish and English, both in speech and writing. Having previously worked in a payroll program is a big plus, and experience with Lundify Payroll or BL Lön is particularly advantageous.

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment starting immediately and running until August 31, 2027. Possibility of extension exists.
