Project Manager in Residential Lettings

We are looking for a driven Project Manager who wants to lead and develop the leasing operations in an expanding business. This is a project-based position for someone accustomed to combining operational work with strategic responsibility. You will be based in Sandviken and work weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for a group of lettings agents and drive the entire leasing process from analysis to move-in. You will distribute tasks, monitor results, and ensure that routines and objectives are followed. The role also includes acting as a mentor and coach in sales matters, contributing to team competence development, and actively participating in customer dialogues and property viewings.

We are looking for you who have a relevant background in sales and project management and are experienced in leading and distributing work in a team. You are results-oriented, communicative, and goal-driven. Experience from the real estate industry is advantageous but not a requirement if you have strong experience in sales and leadership.

Personal qualities that are highly valued include the ability to build trust, structure in work, and a coaching approach. You thrive in being both a strategist and a practitioner in daily operations, working towards clear goals, and developing both processes and employees.
