Our Mission
On the national Support and Matching department, we provide remote service and support to job seekers. We work with several important areas of responsibility, such as matching, guidance, and counseling, as well as decisions on measures for job seekers. Our primary mission is to reduce the time spent in unemployment.

Role Description
We focus on job seekers, and in your role, you will be a key support for job seekers across the country, making a difference every day. The work requires curiosity and the ability to make complex matters simple. A central part of the role is matching job seekers with jobs and education, providing guidance, and making decisions on measures for our job seekers.

Basic Requirements for the Position
- Approved upper secondary education, verified by a certificate of completion, upper secondary diploma, or vocational upper secondary diploma
Alternatively
- Have worked at the Swedish Public Employment Service as an employment counselor, case officer, customer resource, handler, or service handler
And
- At least 2 years of work experience, combined work of at least 50% over a total of two years
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, meaning good ability to communicate orally and in writing, as well as high reading comprehension
Other Merits for the Position
- University/college education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the previous system)
- Worked for at least 1 year providing support and service to customers via telephone
- Worked for at least 1 year within the public sector
- Worked for at least 1 year in guidance towards jobs and/or studies

Our Offer
The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. Location is Söderhamn.
We offer favorable holiday agreements and the possibility of flexible hours in agreement with the employer (after completing an introduction of approx. 9 weeks). We also offer health care during working hours, a health care allowance, and the possibility to work remotely for part of your working time when the operations allow. Working hours are between 08:00-16:30.
