Bergvik Group is a company located in Bergvik, just outside Söderhamn in Hälsingland. This is where our headquarters and our factory for manufacturing our products are located. Today, we have approximately 40 employees and we continue to grow. We specialize in complete solutions for installation floors and installation ceilings, primarily for the electrical and power industry as well as data centers. Your Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for coordinating and following up on the company's work within HR and business systems. You take over where structures and routines already exist, ensuring they are used, function, and develop in line with the business. The work covers personnel issues, occupational health and safety, labor law, and quality. You are responsible for our ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 systems, where you plan audits and drive work related to deviations and improvements. You work closely with both management and operations and play a central role in creating overview, coordinating efforts, and ensuring that work is carried out in a structured and efficient manner.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have relevant education in HR and a few years of experience from a broad role close to operations. Experience with quality work or ISO certifications is an advantage. Since English is our corporate language, you should feel confident communicating in English, both orally and in writing. As a person, you are structured and responsible with good collaboration skills. You have a solution-oriented approach, take initiative, and build trust within the organization. You thrive in a role where you hold the overall picture together and contribute to making work function practically and develop over time.
