Receptionist at Sandviken Norra Health Centre
Sandviken Norra Health Centre is one of Region Gävleborg's larger health centres, with approximately 11,000 registered patients. We are a team of around 50 employees working in close collaboration across various professions to promote, prevent, and achieve good health for the residents of western Gästrikland. We value flexibility and personal development, making the work both varied and stimulating. The operations include a doctor's clinic, district nurse's clinic, Child Health Centre/Family Centre, psychosocial team, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, rehabilitation coordinator, medical secretaries, and nursing assistants. Together, we create a holistic approach where the patient is at the center.

Job Responsibilities
The reception is a very important part of the entire care chain, and we see your role as somewhat of the hub. You are our face to the outside world and the first person to greet our patients. You will often receive questions that you need to resolve with the help of other colleagues at the health centre. It is of utmost importance that the citizens visiting us get a good first impression of our operations.
As a receptionist, you will also have many other important tasks, including:
- Registering patient arrivals in Cosmic.
- Registering fee waivers (frikort).
- Booking interpreters.
- Creating reservation numbers.
- Handling mail, and more.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who are service-oriented and want to provide our patients with the best possible reception. You are a problem solver and enjoy working both independently and in collaboration with other professional groups at the health centre. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
In the role of receptionist, you should:
- Have completed upper secondary education.
- Be accustomed to working in various computer systems.
For this position, previous experience in reception work is meritorious. Experience from working in primary care is also meritorious, but not a requirement.
Employment Type: Summer job / Holiday work.
Duration: 3–6 months.
