Head of Booking Department
Do you want to lead an engaged team and drive the green transition forward? We are now looking for a driven and results-oriented Head of Booking for our booking department in Gävle.
About Us
We help homeowners across Sweden reduce their energy costs and minimize their environmental impact through market-leading energy-saving solutions. Our offerings include solar panels, battery storage, window and door replacements, air source heat pumps, and attic insulation.
To continue our growth, we are now seeking a Head of Booking who wants to develop and lead our booking department to the next level.
About the Role
As the Head of Booking, you have overall responsibility for a group of appointment setters who book customer meetings for our sales team across Sweden. You are responsible for ensuring the department meets its goals, develops its working methods, and delivers high quality in every customer interaction.
The role involves both operational and strategic leadership, where you work closely with the team to create motivation, results, and long-term development.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the department's budget and goal achievement.
- Lead, coach, and develop the team of appointment setters.
- Ensure high activity levels and quality in the booking work.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new employees.
- Monitor key figures and analyze results.
- Develop processes, working methods, and routines for increased efficiency.
- Create a positive, engaging, and performance-oriented work environment.
- Collaborate closely with the sales organization to ensure a stable flow of high-quality customer meetings.

- Have experience leading and developing teams within sales, customer service, or appointment setting.
- Are a clear and inspiring leader who helps people grow.
- Have a good understanding of budget work, goal management, and result follow-up.
- Are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented.
- Have experience in coaching, training, and personnel development.
- Thrive in a fast-changing environment with high tempo and clear goals.
Experience from telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales is an advantage.
