About the role
We are looking for an HR Consultant to join the Equality Ombudsman (Diskrimineringsombudsmannen) in Stockholm. As an HR Consultant, your primary responsibilities will focus on recruitment, where you will support managers throughout the entire process and contribute to ensuring that recruitment is conducted in a structured and legally secure manner. Other common HR tasks may also be part of the role.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Ongoing personnel administration
- Processing employment cases
- Working with regulations and routines regarding employment and working environment issues
- Handling rehabilitation matters
- Independently conducting recruitment processes
- Mapping needs for competence supply
- Supporting managers in development and salary discussions
- Participating in work related to developing, transferring, and terminating staff
Contract period and scope
The position is a full-time consulting assignment starting on 2026-08-10 and is expected to last for approximately six (6) months. The work is primarily performed at the agency's office in Solna. Remote work is possible to the extent that operations allow, up to two days per week.
Requirements for the position:
- University degree, a Human Resources Management program, or equivalent education, plus at least three (3) years of experience in similar work. Alternatively, upper secondary education or equivalent plus five (5) years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar.
- Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
- Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, etc.).
- Knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ReachMee, etc.).
- Good understanding of laws and regulations within the HR field.
- Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
