At Zoey, we are currently looking for a part-time HR Consultant for an exciting assignment with a Private Equity company located on Östermalm in Stockholm. The assignment starts in August and involves approximately 20 hours per week. To be eligible for this role, you must have at least one year remaining until your graduation.

About the Assignment

In this role, you will join the client's HR team and have the opportunity to work broadly with HR administration, employee initiatives, and process development in an international environment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing ongoing HR system administration and updating employee data.
• Supporting pulse surveys, reporting, and other employee initiatives.
• Assisting with employment contracts, HR documentation, and GDPR-related matters.
• Coordinating and administering parts of the recruitment process.
• Supporting internal HR communication related to processes, policies, and updates.
• Working closely with the HR team and participating in the development of HR processes, systems, and working methods.
• Coordinating and supporting the consolidation process of the current HR system with the new HRIS.

We are looking for someone who

• Studies HR, Human Resource Management, or a similar field and has at least one year left until graduation.
• Can work approximately 20 hours per week starting in August.
• Is structured, detail-oriented, and enjoys administrative work.
• Has a genuine interest in HR and people.
• Is curious, unpretentious, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English.
• Is digitally savvy and interested in exploring, evaluating, and using new tools.
• Has strong personal integrity and an understanding of handling confidential information.
