The Traffic Administration is responsible for developing, managing, and ensuring a well-functioning public transport system for the residents and visitors of the Stockholm region. Every day, over 700,000 people travel with SL traffic, which places high demands on structure, collaboration, and quality.

Role Description

As an administrator with a focus on economics, you will belong to the "Intrång" (Access/Encroachment) group within the Section for Projects to Administration. The group is responsible for handling work carried out by external actors in or near SL facilities, ensuring that the facilities, buildings, and passenger flows are affected as little as possible.

In this role, you will have varied administrative and economic responsibilities with many internal and external contact points.

Examples of Tasks

• Handle incoming cases via functional mailbox
• Register and create projects in BESTA
• Assign sub-project leaders and production coordinators to projects
• Handle invoice accounting and approval flows
• Re-invoice costs to the clients of access/encroachment work
• Follow up on unpaid invoices and reminders
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, production coordinators, access coordinators, and business economists
• Ensure order and structure in project administration

This is a consultancy assignment via A-Talent Tech starting on 2026-08-03 and ending on 2027-04-01, with the possibility of extension.

Requirements

• Experience in administrative work with an economic focus
• Experience in invoice management, accounting, and follow-up
• Good system proficiency and experience working in various administrative systems
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner

• Experience working in infrastructure, construction, or civil engineering operations

Location

The assignment is located at the Traffic Administration's office on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. Currently, there is an opportunity for some remote work based on operational needs and the client's approval.
