Your Responsibilities
The assignment involves supporting the Executive Office (Stab Ekonomi) during a transition period and acting as a bridge between a departing and an incoming Controller. You will become part of the Controller group and report to the Financial Director. The position entails close collaboration with the business operations as well as colleagues within accounting, controlling, procurement, HR, and IT.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support managers and case handlers with planning, analysis, reporting, and follow-up.
- Continuous follow-up of forecasting and analysis work for assigned departments (including external projects).
- Budgeting.
- Ensure that guidelines, routines, and processes within finance, contracts, and procurement are followed.
- Participate in development work.
Your Profile
- Relevant university degree in economics or finance.
- Several years of experience, at least 3 years, in qualified controller roles within a large organization with more than 500 employees and multiple controllers in the organization. The area of responsibility should have been broad, encompassing and affecting several different organizational parts of the business as well as various aspects of finance.
- Experience with external projects.
- Good computer skills, including knowledge and experience using common programs such as Microsoft Office, primarily Excel.
- Knowledge and experience working with business systems and decision support systems (SKR uses Mercur).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.
