The Traffic Administration is responsible for developing, managing, and ensuring a well-functioning public transport system for the residents and visitors of the Stockholm region. Every day, over 700,000 people travel with SL traffic, which places high demands on order, quality, and accessible information.

Role Description

As a Case Worker in Technical Documentation, you will become part of the "Project to Administration" section. The group is responsible for ensuring that the Traffic Administration has access to correct as-built documentation, operation and maintenance documentation, and that documentation from completed projects is delivered and handled in a structured manner.

This role suits you if you enjoy administration, document management, and coordination, and have an interest in technical environments and processes.

Example of Tasks

• Handle incoming cases via the functional mailbox
• Answer questions related to technical documentation
• Manage the lending of as-built documentation, both digitally and physically
• Follow up on loans and document flows
• Participate in the development of new documentation areas and routines
• Work with access rights and confidentiality management
• Contribute to improvement work regarding document management and information structure
• Participate in work regarding the future handling of 3D models and technical information

This is a consultancy assignment via A-Talent Tech starting 2026-08-03 and ending 2027-10-01, with the possibility of extension.

Requirements

• Experience in administrative work
• Experience in document management or information management
• Good computer skills and experience with digital systems
• Ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written

• Experience from the infrastructure, construction, engineering, or real estate industry
• Experience with document management systems
• Experience with confidentiality and access rights management
• Experience working with BIM or 3D models

Location

The assignment is located at the Traffic Administration's office on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. Currently, there is an opportunity for some remote work depending on the business needs and the client's approval.

Security Clearance

The assignment is subject to security clearance, and a approved security clearance is a requirement before the assignment starts. The process can take between 6–16 weeks.
