About the role Middlepoint is now looking for a driven and engaged Service Manager for the reception at Solna Centrum. As a receptionist in this local shopping center, you will work in a pleasant and warm environment where customer service is the focus. In this role, you will have the opportunity for independent responsibility, development, and autonomous work in Solna Centrum's newly refurbished reception – the heart of the center.
Together with your colleague, you have overall responsibility for the center's service offerings and the well-being of visitors. You work largely independently in the reception during the day, which requires that you enjoy working autonomously, taking responsibility, and showing initiative. Of course, you also deliver high-quality service to all customers and visitors you meet!
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Directing customers and visitors and answering questions
- Telephone, switchboard, and email handling
- Sale of gift cards
- Member registration
- Responsibility for small events and bookings
- Various administrative tasks such as daily reporting
- Other reception-related tasks
Who are you?
You are a person who loves working with people and always giving that little extra to our customers. You are used to working independently and have a solution-oriented approach when challenges arise. Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you had previous experience in some form of service work. The requirement for the position is that you speak fluent Swedish and English.
About the employment
Employment type: Permanent position with a six-month introductory probationary period.
Working hours: 82.2%
Working times: Weekdays approx. 13:45–19:15 and 09:45–16:00. Every other Saturday approx. 09:45–17:15.
