What the role entails

As an accountant with us, you will have a central role in the group's finance department. You will work with ongoing accounting and closing of accounts, but the role also includes important elements of financial follow-up, analysis, and budgeting. You will become a key link between accounting and business control – where your insights contribute to both strategic decisions and efficient resource utilization.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing accounting and monthly closing
• Participation in annual reporting and tax return preparation
• Analyze and monitor results against budget
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Contribute to the development of routines, processes, and systems within the finance function
• Reporting within the group

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in economics or accounting
• A few years of experience in qualified accounting, preferably in a group environment
• Strong analytical skills and interest in numbers and relationships
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team
• Good system proficiency, preferably with major business systems and Excel
