About the role
We are looking for an HR Consultant to join a government agency to support the secretariat managers at the Legal Secretariat, IT and Digitalization, Finance & Administrative Support, including the Registry and Archives. As an HR Consultant, you may also be required to support other managers as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting managers in recruitment, personnel matters, occupational health and safety/rehabilitation, labor law, etc.
  • Participating in negotiations.
  • Performing personnel administration tasks (e.g., during recruitment, document registration).
  • Collaborating with other HR colleagues on various HR matters.

Assignment period and scope
This is a full-time consulting assignment starting on 2026-09-07 and is expected to run until 2027-02-12. The work will be performed primarily at the agency's offices in central Sundbyberg.

Requirements for the position:

  • University degree, Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent education, plus at least three (3) years of experience in a similar role. Alternatively, upper secondary education or equivalent plus five (5) years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent software.
  • Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, etc.).
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ReachMee, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of laws and regulations within the HR field.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
  • Good proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of the recruitment tool Visma Recruit.
