We are now looking for a preschool teacher for Töttefällevägen Preschool. The preschool is part of a unit with four preschools located on the islands of Donsö, Styrsö, and Vrångö in Gothenburg's southern archipelago. Each preschool forms its own team, which provides good opportunities for close collaboration between colleagues and joint development. In each team, two preschool teachers work together with one or more childcare assistants. We collaborate closely and share responsibility for creating a safe, creative, and educational environment for the children.

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, works systematically, and has a good ability to collaborate with colleagues to implement the curriculum's goals in teaching and create the best conditions for all children.

Our preschool works with sustainable development (economic, ecological, and social) as an overarching theme. We place great emphasis on language and communication and work actively with play-responsive teaching, where the children's interests, curiosity, and participation guide and develop learning in everyday life.

We are also proud that the latest parent survey showed very high parent satisfaction, which we see as a testament to the fine work done in the operation every day.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developmental environment where children can develop at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the operation according to the preschool curriculum and other regulatory documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.

• Active desire to work on increasing children's participation and well-being through "Children's Best Meeting" (BBM), with the goal of promoting child health and creating inclusive learning environments.
