Movant is seeking consultants in ventilation installation for training assignments

Movant is now seeking experienced training consultants or consulting firms within ventilation installation for upcoming upskilling and reskilling assignments targeted at larger companies in the construction sector. The training is located in Gothenburg with the entire country as the catchment area.

Assignment Focus

The assignment aims to retrain ventilation installers who are undergoing a career change. The assignment has companies attached that will employ the students afterwards, and the recruitment process prior to admission is thorough. As a trainer, you will, among other things, teach practically and theoretically over 12 weeks in:

• Work environment
• Tools and machinery
• Drawings and technical descriptions
• Dalux system (3D system)
• Installation instructions
• System structure
• Self-control
• Service and customer handling
• The construction process
• Material handling

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who:

• Run your own business with F-tax or represent a consulting firm
• Have extensive experience in ventilation
• Have the ability to create pedagogical, structured, and practical training modules
• Are confident in the role of trainer/supervisor
• Can work independently and deliver according to agreed timeframes

Pedagogical training is meritorious but not a requirement.

About the collaboration

Movant AB signs consulting agreements for each assignment. Each assignment is defined with:

• Clear assignment description
• Expected deliverables
• Timeframe and training structure
• Remuneration

The assignment is carried out in Movant's premises in Gothenburg. Teaching takes place between August 3rd and November 6th on a full-time basis, 40 hours/week.
