We are now looking for a teacher for grades 4–6 who wants to help build up our flex group. You will work in a smaller setting where relationships, security, and individualized support are the focus. Together with your colleagues, you will have the opportunity to participate in developing the operations and creating a learning environment that gives students good conditions for success.

Pedagogical documentation, collaboration with parents, and other common tasks associated with the teaching profession are included in your duties. In the work team, you will work together on a continuously ongoing, structured systematic improvement work based on scientific grounds.

The recruitment is for a fixed-term position at 80% for one year. Working hours are scheduled Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with the qualification to teach Swedish and mathematics in grades 4–6. If you have previous experience working with students with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD), we consider it an asset.

We place great importance on personal suitability, especially regarding teamwork skills and the ability to create good conditions for learning. We also expect you to have a high degree of personal maturity. For us, it is important that you are good at establishing and maintaining good relationships, that you have initiative, and that you are clear and structured in your work approach. You have the ability to see all students and to take into account their different prerequisites.
