Driving Instructor at West Sweden's Largest Driving Training Center

Do you want to train future drivers in risk awareness on Gothenburg's only real ice/slippery track? Do you also want to guide companies towards a safer workday? We are now looking for reinforcements at Stora Holm!

We are a wonderful team of knowledgeable and dedicated driving instructors who together annually train approximately 10,000 people in Risk 1 and Risk 2 for both cars and motorcycles. We also provide further training for companies, organizations, and authorities in precision driving, eco-driving, and safe driving behavior. We have several recurring customers who undergo traffic safety training and slippery track driving with us. In addition, we rent out our large, beautiful areas for various events and test drives. There is simply always something happening here!

Being a driving instructor with us

In the role of driving instructor, you work with risk training for driver's license students and further training for companies and authorities. The position also includes maintenance work on cars and the facility.

At Stora Holm Driving Training Center, we have two large tracks where we conduct risk training, a unique insight hall with features such as a crash sled and rollover car, as well as several nice theory classrooms.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who are a trained driving instructor, preferably with a few years of experience. Authorization to conduct risk training and other competence in the field of traffic safety is advantageous. If you hold a driver's license with category C or D, this is also an advantage.

You enjoy and are accustomed to speaking in front of groups. You are solution-oriented and happy to come up with new ideas. You have the ability to collaborate, are flexible, and professional in meeting both customer and operational needs. You thrive in a sometimes fast-paced environment.

The position is a permanent employment starting with a six-month probation period. We work based on a schedule with varying working hours. The work is mainly during daytime, but weekend and evening work occurs. Salary according to collective agreement and start date by agreement.
