In this role, you will become part of the Child and Education Sector. At our organization, the development of children and young people is the focus. We provide education from preschool to upper secondary school, striving for a holistic pedagogical perspective covering ages 1 to 20. You view digital tools as a natural part of your daily work. We are confident that you will utilize digitalization to make education more accessible and that you are curious about how this can benefit the learning of children and students. RESPONSIBILITIES

We prefer that you hold a degree as a special needs teacher, with a focus on intellectual disability, or as a teacher or preschool teacher. The role involves planning, implementing, and following up on your teaching and the students' learning. You take an active role and develop the operations together with the entire school staff. In our pedagogical framework, which covers everything from interaction, accessibility, motivation, collaboration, to a holistic view, the student is always at the center! You maintain close collaboration with the students' guardians and other important people in the students' network. You participate in and drive pedagogical meetings together with both colleagues at the school and other partners such as municipalities and residential care staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a certified special needs teacher, teacher, or preschool teacher with a good ability to build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are a very clear leader with the ability to adapt teaching to reach all students.

We are looking for you who want to make a difference and who have strong faith in the student's competence and who are passionate about developing every student. You are positive and solution-focused. You find it easy to collaborate with students, colleagues, parents, and other professions surrounding the students. You have a strong motivation for learning and possess knowledge of special pedagogy that gives students motivation to learn. As a person, you are structured, unpretentious, and flexible. You have a clear and low-affective approach. You have the ability to see students' different needs and strengths, as well as to steer and follow up the operations based on the school's pedagogical goals, vision, and financial frameworks. You need to be able to think outside the box, be inventive, brave, and imaginative.

To begin working in preschool, school, after-school centers, and other pedagogical activities, you are required to show an extract from the criminal record. The extract is valid for one year and can be ordered from the Swedish Police Authority at www.polisen.se (http://www.polisen.se).

Anyone who has not shown an extract from the criminal record cannot be employed, engaged, or received in the operation according to current legal requirements.
