RESPONSIBILITIES

As a student assistant, your main task is to support one or more students throughout their entire school day. You act as the student's extended arm and create conditions for participation, security, and learning in both school and after-school care.

The work involves participating in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of pedagogical work, based on the curriculum (Lgr22). The value-based work permeates the entire operation, and you actively contribute to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.

You work closely with the students during both school hours and leisure time and are part of a team together with teachers and after-school educators. Together, you plan and conduct teaching and activities based on common areas of work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are now looking for a student assistant who has a secondary education from the Child and Youth Programme, or other education that the employer considers equivalent, and with experience of working with students in need of special support.

You should have knowledge of clarifying pedagogy and be well acquainted with your assignment based on the school's current steering documents.

It is important that you are secure in your professional role and that you are clear towards students, parents, and colleagues.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability and the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
