About the role

We are now looking for a skilled administrative assistant for the Bromma District Administration, placed within the Unit for Investigations on Children and Young People and the Unit for Family Care and Contact Activities.

Both units are located in the administrative building in Bromma, where you will become a central and valuable colleague working closely with case officers.

Examples of tasks

  • Case management and administration of agreements (call-off agreements and individual agreements).
  • Registration and handling of decisions from the Social Delegation.
  • Handling requests for public documents and preparation of case files and journals.
  • File management, archiving, and destruction of records.
  • Contact with external parties such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish Tax Agency, guardians, and other authorities.
  • Administrative support to case officers in daily matters, often with short response times.
  • Management of permissions in the Paraplysystemet system.
  • Economic administration such as invoice handling, purchasing, and purchase orders in Agresso.
  • Booking of travel, conferences, and other orders.
  • Other administrative tasks such as mail handling, scheduling, and updating personnel information.

The role is dynamic and requires you to thrive in an environment with a high pace and varied tasks.

Your background, experience, and competence

We are looking for you who have experience in qualified administrative work, preferably within the public sector.

You have:

  • Experience with Agresso.
  • Experience with Paraplyet.
  • Strong administrative skills and experience handling multiple parallel tasks.
  • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

What we offer

A consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Jurek Talent. The assignment is full-time (100%) and runs from August for 3-4 months.
