About the role

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a student who wants to work as a digital course assistant. Our client is an organization working towards sustainable societal development. Part of their work involves giving lectures to companies across Sweden. To ensure these lectures are as successful as possible, we are now seeking course assistants to support the lecturers. The work is performed remotely, and working hours are generally Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.

Responsibilities

As a digital course assistant, you will work remotely or from any location of your choice. Your main responsibility will be to support the course leader with the technical aspects of Zoom. Your tasks will include, for example:

  • Greeting participants when they join the session
  • Sharing the screen and ensuring the correct PowerPoint slides are displayed
  • Monitoring if participants have questions or raise their hands

We are looking for someone who

  • Has knowledge of how Zoom works
  • Is a university or college student enrolled at least 50% and has at least one year of studies remaining
  • Has good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as you will need to communicate with course leaders
  • Has an interest in sustainability issues
