We are looking for a Student Assistant for the Child and Education Sector

In this role, you will become part of the Child and Education Sector. At our organization, the development of children and young people is at the forefront. We provide education from preschool to upper secondary school, striving for a holistic pedagogical approach covering ages 1 to 20. You view digital tools as a natural part of your daily work. We are confident that you will utilize digitalization to make education accessible and that you are curious about how this can benefit the learning of children and students. Responsibilities

As a student assistant, you are responsible for carrying out and following up on pedagogical activities together with colleagues, based on regulatory documents and the students' needs. You create a safe and stimulating environment where students have the opportunity to develop social, creative, and practical skills. The role involves organizing activities both indoors and outdoors in both schools and after-school centers, as well as adapting activities to different ages and conditions.

You collaborate closely with colleagues in the work team. In the role of student assistant, building good relationships with students and guardians is a fundamental prerequisite. You play an important part in the school's work with core values. As a student assistant, you support the responsible educator in documenting and following up on students' development.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have education or equivalent experience as a childcare worker or student assistant. Experience and knowledge within TAKK (Total Communication) is meritorious.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months, start date: 2026-08-17 Or by agreement.

To begin working in preschool, school after-school centers, and other pedagogical activities, you are required to show an extract from the criminal record. The extract is valid for one year and can be ordered from the Swedish Police Authority at www.polisen.se (https://www.polisen.se).

Anyone who has not shown an extract from the criminal record may not be employed, engaged, or received in the activity according to current legal requirements.
