Our client in the telecom industry is currently looking for motivated employees who want to work in their customer service team on a full-time basis. This is a growing company with its office in central Malmö. They offer an open and social workplace where the focus is on developing and utilizing the potential of all employees.

As a customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will be to handle incoming phone calls from private customers. In the future, there will also be opportunities to assist customers via email and chat. Your most important task will be to provide customers with the best possible service and help them based on their needs. For candidates who show initiative, there are opportunities to work in technical support, troubleshooting, and various administrative tasks related to phone calls.

The position is 100% full-time and starts in mid-August. In this role, you will be directly employed by our client. Working hours are during office hours, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work required.

The position begins with a 6-month probationary period, with good prospects for extension thereafter. Our client’s office is located in central Malmö, where you will work in a dynamic atmosphere with a strong focus on quality, job satisfaction, and team spirit.
