At Marieskolan in Eslöv Municipality, we are now looking for an engaged lower secondary school teacher who works to create an inclusive and inspiring learning environment for our students.

Marieskolan is a municipal school located in Marieholm in Eslöv Municipality. The school has approximately 200 students and offers education from preschool class to grade 6, as well as an after-school program. The school focuses on achieving high goal fulfillment by working with students' curiosity, attendance, and study environment. Marieskolan is a school that develops everyone.

Your Role

As a teacher in grades 4-6, you play an important role in the students' knowledge development and personal growth. Together with colleagues, students, and guardians, you work to promote learning, participation, and hope for the future.

Your role involves:

• Planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching in Swedish/Swedish as a Second Language (SVA), English, and Social Studies for students in grades 4-6.
• Creating an stimulating learning environment that sparks curiosity, motivation, and a desire to learn.
• Monitoring, assessing, and documenting students' learning and progression.
• Working to ensure that all students have the opportunity to succeed and reach their full potential.
• Actively working for inclusion, equal treatment, and a safe school environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop teaching methods and pedagogical approaches.
• Contributing to the school's development work and common goals.

Your Experience

We are looking for you who have relevant education and experience in teaching and pedagogy. Your background and engagement are crucial for lifting up our students and creating an outstanding school.

• Certified teacher and qualified to teach in Swedish/SVA, English, and Social Studies.
• Ability to conduct structured and creative work in the classroom.
• Experience teaching in lower secondary school is an advantage.
