Job Responsibilities
As a Leisure Centre Teacher (Lärare i fritidshem) with us, you have a varied role where you are responsible for planning, leading, and evaluating the pedagogical activities before and after the school day. Based on the curriculum, you create a safe, meaningful, and stimulating environment that promotes students' social development and creativity.
A typical workday is full of variation and naturally moves between school and the leisure center. During the morning, you contribute your pedagogical expertise in the classroom to create continuity for the students, interspersed with time for individual and joint planning. After lunch, the focus shifts entirely to the leisure center, where you and your work team put your pedagogical ideas into practice – whether it involves structured activities, outdoor pedagogy, or challenging students in free play. Since our activities frame the students' entire day, the position involves varying working hours during the day (Monday–Friday).

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a degree as a Leisure Centre Teacher. You have good knowledge of the leisure center curriculum and can translate its goals into daily practice.
Previous experience working in a leisure center or primary school is meritorious. As a person, you need to have good collaboration skills and a professional approach when interacting with both children and adults. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
