Responsibilities

As a teacher, you work to ensure that students develop their full potential – both academically and socially. You support, motivate, and stimulate each student to meet the knowledge requirements based on their prerequisites. Your work includes planning, teaching, and assessment, as well as evaluating and developing the pedagogical operations in accordance with the school's governing documents.

We are a learning organization that promotes knowledge exchange, where you find yourself in an environment characterized by collegial learning and development. Together with colleagues, you work to create a good learning and working environment for both students and staff. You also contribute to the quality and development work at the school.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Teaching certification
• Qualification to teach English and Swedish at the upper secondary level
• Experience using digital tools for communication and pedagogy
• Good understanding of the school's goals and governing documents
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing.

Merits:

• Qualification to teach other subjects
• Experience teaching English and Swedish
• Experience in other teaching or pedagogical work.

We are looking for someone who is confident in the teaching role and creates good conditions for students' learning and development. You adapt the teaching to the student's and group's prerequisites and prior knowledge through a creative approach and very good pedagogical skills.

Your working style is characterized by good structure, and you prioritize and organize tasks effectively. Furthermore, you contribute to good collaborations and communicate openly, clearly, and listen attentively to your surroundings. You also understand how students' backgrounds, culture, and group affiliation affect learning, and you create an inclusive learning environment where all students have the opportunity to succeed.
